No. We bring everything needed to provide you with a great cleaning experience.
We use a combination of green and traditional cleaning products. While green products are used throughout much of your home or business, we prefer to use traditional products in bathrooms as that is the best way of disinfecting surfaces. We also use a few traditional products to provide a refreshing scent after each cleaning.
For customers who prefer green products to be used exclusively or have chemical sensitivities, that's not a problem! Just let us know and we can accommodate your needs.
Please be sure to remove clothes and clutter from the floor or from the surfaces that will be cleaned. Each of our teams bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They will thoroughly clean your home based on the cleaning package you choose.
Nope! It is not necessary for you to be present while your team of professional house cleaners provides your cleaning service. In fact, many of our customers are not at home while we clean. You can leave a spare key for us that we will keep in a lock box or provide a garage or door code.
However, for first time cleanings it's usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it's also a good idea to walk through the home again to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
If you would like us to be at your home at a specific time, we recommend that you sign up for service either at the beginning of the day or the end of the day. As we clean homes during the day, we often encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic, or a customer who would like some additional help. For midday service, we give you a window of time for our arrival.
While your cleaning crew will definitely appreciate any gratuity for a job well done, it is not required.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment. The deposit must be on file 24 hours before your appointment. If we do not recieve a deposit your appointment will be cancelled.
While we do not provide refunds, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. So, if for any reason you are unhappy, just call or send us an e-mail within 24 hours of your service and we'll send someone out to make things right. That's our promise to you!
Yes. We conduct extensive background checks, and all applicants are carefully screened so that you can have peace of mind with opening your home to us. This process ensures that the individuals we hire, and those that you have in your home, are truly dedicated to providing you with a job well done.
Training is crucial to us, and no team member enters your home without it.
We typically send 1-3 cleaners to each job. It ultimately depends on the size of your home and what kind of cleaning you need. If you book an hourly service, then you have the choice of selecting the number of cleaners.

We will do our best to refer the same cleaner for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home. If your preferred cleaner is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement.
Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, our cleaners are NOT allowed to move or lift any furniture.
No. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, our cleaners are NOT allowed to stand on any ladders, or furniture. They can go on a small step stool (2-3 steps only).
They do carry dusting poles which will enable them to reach an additional 3 - 5 feet
Normally our cleaners do not clean outside your house, and it is not included in a standard cleaning package, or deep cleaning package or move in out cleaning package or post construction cleaning package.
However, depending on the situation and what exactly you need done, they might be able to clean the backyard for an additional fee. Please call us first and confirm your details before booking.
No. Unfortunately for safety reasons we will need all pets to be securely placed away from the cleaners in order for them to perform their job efficiently.
