INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using Go Daddy Operating Company, LLC, which owns this domain, and its affiliate, Helluvajob House Cleaning LLC, which operates this website helluvajobhousecleaning.com (collectively, “Company,” “we”, “us”, “our”), reserve the right to change this website and these Terms of Conditions at any time without notice to you by posting such changes to this website. By using this website, you agree to comply with and to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use this website and should exit from it now. Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms of Conditions”).

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is expressly incorporated herein. Before using this Site, please carefully review our Privacy Policy. All information provided to us because of your use of this Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To the extent there are inconsistencies between these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, these Terms control.

ACCESS

You have multiple options for providing Helluvajob access to you home: The most convenient method is to leave a key to your residence with Helluvajob. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please give access instructions to your Helluvajob office.

If it is not possible to leave a key with Helluvajob, you may meet the service provider at your residence. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy should Helluvajob be unable to access your home during the preset arrival window. If neither of the above is possible, please make alternate arrangements with the Helluvajob office.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning.

A credit card number must be kept on file with your Helluvajob office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, for each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service. Helluvajob accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, via Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, and PayPal. 

A $25 fee will be charged for each failed credit card transaction.

SCHEDULING

Cleanings are scheduled with a minimum of 4 hours per cleaning.

Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during your consultation. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego a deep clean at the commencement of your service, please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address the areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible. Some homes may be subject to a first-time cleaning fee.

We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness, or departure from the company, Helluvajob may occasionally provide a replacement professional house cleaner.

If, due to the unique nature of your home, we are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the description of the home submitted at booking.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE

Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but Helluvajob will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.

GRATUITY

Helluvajob never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your professional cleaners. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.

CANCELLATION

We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Helluvajob requires notice of two business days. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact our office directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your professional house cleaner.

Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.

BREAKAGE/LOSS

Helluvajob is bonded and insured. If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $100 per location liability limit for key replacement and/or locksmith services.

CONTENT LIABILITY

Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

DISCLAIMER 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will:

1. limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;

2.limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

3.limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

4.exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
